Unfortunately I've had to delete all the past news as they were too outdated and will start
jotting down the latest from now on. Enjoy!
18/11/02- The NME has carried out an interview with Tim and shall be up in the next coming
issues so keep your eyes wide open. Also we've been told that The Charlatans have returned to the Big Mushroom studios which
is a big relief after the shock we got last month where a rumour came out that they were about to split. If you didn't know
about it, good for you, you didn't get sick with worry. It's just that Tim is doing a solo project , something different from
the Charlatans. Also the Charlatans are planning some limited gigs next year.
5/12/02- There is going to be a repeat of the Carling performance from earlier this year
on the 8th and on the 15th of January early next year. It will be broadcasted on Channel 4. The documentary will feature
the gig and some interviews. Don't forget to record it! :)
06/12/02- If you live in the US and can make it down to Denver on New Year's eve why ot
go and see Tim Djing live.Tim will be djing on Tuesday 31st December in Denver at the Revolver & Lip Gloss New Year's
Eve Party which takes place at La Rumba, 99 West 9th Avenue, Denver. For more info, check out the pic at the bottom.

13/02/03- After much talks, SHM are going to organise a Charlatans Convention which will
take place sometime in September later this year on a Saturday in Manchester. As quoted on the official webbie, "The
convention will run during the evening with a club, DJs and bar along with a variety of Charlatans related features. More
information to follow as plans progress... "
23/02/03- Tim Burgess has spoken on the Charlatans forum about the recordings and said
"hey everyone - glad you're excited to hear the new tunes!!!

just left here (LA) - we were working for the past 3 weeks... along w/ a bit of fun here & there...
got 4 done,
along w/ working on the others that the band laid down...
they sound great - infact got a call from Mr. Blunt today
saying he really likes them...
can't give you a sound sample yet, but a couple of songs say:
1) "see how clear
it is... looking at the place that I came from, trying to do the best I can, oh yeah...
2) "who is the girl in the
tight black dress, who can press all your buttons, pretending she's a princess..."
so, you'll have to use your imagination
& wait til later in the year to hear the music...
